Joining Hands to Better our Communities

Globally, there are approximately 258 million widows, with 38 million living in extreme poverty.

Over 100 million children worldwide are orphans, with 5,700 children becoming orphans daily.

Approximately 9 million Kenyans live in extreme poverty, with 7.8 million residing in rural areas.

“CWT Kenya gave me hope when I had none. As a widow, I struggled to feed my children, but with their support, I started a small business that now sustains us.” – Mary, Beneficiary

Our Story

Consecrated Work Trust Kenya (CWT) is a faith-driven charitable organization dedicated to transforming lives in Kenya guided by our motto, Joining Hands to Better our Communities.

We work to uplift women, youth and children who are vulnerable and marginalised, offering hope, dignity, and empowerment. Through our comprehensive programs, we provide essential support to widows, orphaned and vulnerable children (OVCs), youth, physically challenged individuals, and marginalised communities, ensuring they have access to fundamental resources and opportunities.

Founded with a deep passion for service, CWT Kenya began as an initiative to support vulnerable widows and orphans in rural and urban communities. Over the years, it has grown into a well-structured organization impacting thousands of lives through targeted programs in education, economic empowerment, and social welfare. Our journey has been fueled by the generosity of donors, volunteers, and partners who share our vision for a better Kenya.
